Or maybe you just want to pretend you’re someplace warm and tropical. Or maybe you want to amp yourself up for an upcoming holiday to blazing Croatia. Or maybe, you just really like frozen desserts. Or maybe you’re just trying to justify buying these cute little popsicle holders 5 years ago.

- Combine all the ingredients and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours so that the chia seeds soak up some of the liquid and expand
- Fill popsicle molds with mixture
- Freeze overnight
